Governance & Ethics

We uphold high standards of ethical conduct, transparency, and accountability across all our operations. Every individual at Evren, from leadership to contractors, is expected to act with integrity and in alignment with our core values. We place a high degree of importance on upholding ethical standards and conducting activities with honesty, integrity and respect. All our Directors, officers, employees, and contractors must comply with our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (Code) and Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABC Policy) and provide certification of compliance upon hire and annually there after.

We also maintain a secure and anonymous whistle blowing helpline for reporting concerns without fear of retaliation. Each report is treated with confidentiality and addressed through defined procedures that align with our internal standards and applicable laws.
